What these terms coverWhat these terms cover

These terms apply only to your access to and use of the Website.

They do not govern the supply, installation or sale of any vehicle, component, product or service by Forge Automotive. Any work we agree to undertake, or anything we agree to sell, will be subject to a separate written quotation, order form, contract or set of trading terms. If there is any conflict between these Website terms and a separate contract for goods or services, the separate contract will take priority in relation to those goods or services.

Nothing on the Website forms part of a contract with us unless it is expressly incorporated into a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by us.

Information on the WebsiteInformation on the Website

The Website provides general information about Forge Automotive, our capabilities, example projects and the vehicles, parts, products and services that may be available from us.

Website content is provided for general information only. It is not technical, mechanical, legal, insurance, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

We take reasonable care when preparing the Website, but we do not guarantee that its content is complete, current, accurate or free from errors. In particular:

photographs, video, renders, colour samples and other visual material may be illustrative and may not reproduce a finish, colour, texture, scale or specification exactly;

displayed vehicles and example builds may include bespoke, discontinued, third-party or customer-supplied components;

specifications, compatibility, lead times, availability and pricing may change;

results vary according to the vehicle, its condition, the selected components and the agreed scope of work; and

references to performance, durability, warranties or expected outcomes are subject to the relevant manufacturer terms and the final written agreement with us.

You should obtain a written quotation and confirm all important details with us before making a decision or incurring any cost.

0404
Enquiries, quotations and bookingsEnquiries, quotations and bookings

Sending an enquiry, uploading information, requesting a quotation or discussing a project with us does not:

create a contract between you and us;

amount to our acceptance of any proposed work;

reserve a workshop slot, vehicle, component or product;

guarantee availability, compatibility, price or delivery date; or

require either party to proceed.

A contract will arise only when the applicable quotation, order, booking or other written agreement has been accepted in accordance with its terms and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Any quotation is subject to the assumptions, exclusions and validity period stated in it. We may need to inspect a vehicle before confirming the final scope or price.

0505
Vehicle modifications and third-party requirementsVehicle modifications and third-party requirements

You are responsible for telling us about any matter that could affect proposed work, including the vehicle's ownership, finance or lease status, existing damage, previous repairs or modifications, insurance requirements and manufacturer warranty conditions.

Vehicle modifications can affect insurance, warranties, finance or lease agreements, road legality, emissions, vehicle approval status and future resale. Information on the Website is not confirmation that a particular modification is suitable or lawful for your vehicle or intended use. You should obtain any necessary insurer, finance provider, manufacturer or regulatory approval before proceeding.

The contractual allocation of responsibility for a particular project will be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, maps, finance providers, manufacturers or other services. These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not amount to our endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but access may be interrupted and we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with your device or free from bugs, vulnerabilities or harmful code.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by an event outside our reasonable control. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If you use the Website for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

the Website is provided on an "as available" basis and implied warranties and conditions relating to it are excluded;

we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Website; and

we are not liable for reliance placed on general Website content instead of a written quotation or contract.

Nothing in this section limits liability arising under a separate contract for goods or services. That contract will contain the terms applicable to the relevant transaction.

Changes to these termsChanges to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Website, our business or applicable law. The updated version will apply from the date shown at the top of this page. Changes to these Website terms will not retrospectively alter a separate contract already formed between you and us.

1414
GeneralGeneral

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we delay enforcing these terms, that does not waive our right to enforce them later.

No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

1515

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
